Ever since I took a Political Science class and learned about the electoral college, gerrymandering, and how they influence our voting system, I have been trying to keep up with the news/fake news. This collage represents the political urgency that we all should have in shaping our political system here in the US.

Aeneas & Dido Essay

As I tend to procrastinate in completing my assignments, I must say that this class in Maymester is really hard to keep up with while working two jobs. There is so much to cover, in the same way Aeneas and Dido is such a magnificent production with so many layers of Mise en Scene. This film has an appreciation to it that makes me want to do more and be more elaborate in reviewing. When I first started watching the film, I immediately began to think of the HBO series:  Game Of Thrones. I then began to reflect on Shakespeare and how much work that he put into his plays. Although I’m not fluid in knowledge of the Elizabethan Era, I do feel that this play has that kind of vibe. Stop Motion Video

I initially wanted do my Stop Motion video at work, but then we got slammed and I could make time on the clock to create anything. Therefore, I decided to capture myself at home with dog along with my bad habits. I used the Time-lapse feature on my phone, then edited the video on iMovie. If you pay close attention, you’ll see that I made some things appear suddenly and disappear over the span of the video. As you can see, I waste a lot of time battling depression.
